I'm on week 5 of my 7/52, taking 7 photos every week. Sometimes it comes down to the wire: suddenly it's Sunday, and I haven't taken any photos yet. Photography is all about seeing, though, and there are always plenty of things to see around the house; sometimes you just have to make them happen. One of the ways I like to unwind from a busy day is to spend some time in my garden. There is no doubt in my mind that flowers can actually make you happy. This year I decided to bring my garden to my deck. Not only did I plant these four containers, but had six overflowing baskets on the deck as well. I am already excited to see what next year will bring.
